Dr. Jennifer Stanigar is the Program Evaluation Specialist in NC State’s Office of Faculty Development where she applies her evaluation expertise, consulting skills, and creativity to demonstrate the impact of faculty development efforts across the university.
Mentoring is an incredibly important aspect of entrepreneurship. Many people dedicate the success of their enterprise to mentors who have helped them at various stages of their career. Dr. Stanigar discussed how to find a mentor and what should that relationship look like on both sides, gave some practical advice and shared her knowledge about this important human dynamic.
