Sani is a South Asian-inspired fashion brand founded by sisters Niki and Ritika Shamdasani in 2017. They launched Sani to create the outfits and shopping experience they always wished they could find for cultural clothing. The designs are rooted in their culture and fused with the perspectives of first-generation South Asian Americans. It’s all tied together through an experience that combines the best of shopping in India with modern buying options. Niki and Ritika saw a need in the market for people to be able to conveniently access the best of South Asian fashion in the US and that mission has led to a first-of-its-kind partnership with Rent the Runway, features in Business Insider, NBC, and Good Morning America, and a loyal following of 77,000 on TikTok.
